Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our shop. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a flexible return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns:
 


1. Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 7 days from the date the package gets delivered.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns on final sale items, personalized or customized items, and gift cards.

 

2. Return Process:

  • To start a return, contact us at chimee.team@gmail.com.
  • Let us know your order details (order number, relevant photos, etc.) and the reason for the return.
  • Once the request is authorized, you must send back the package within 7 days from the date you received the return authorization email.
  • After the return is received and accepted, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method. The refund may take up to 10 business days or longer depending on the card issuer’s policies.
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and it will not be included in the refund amount. Additionally, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • For the safe return of items, we highly recommend shipping them with a tracking method and obtaining insurance. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return process. Thank you for your understanding and for taking the necessary precautions to ensure a secure return.

            3. Damaged or Defective Items:

              • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours after the package gets delivered. if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please send your order number, relevant photos, and a brief description of the items to chimee.team@gmail.com, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
               

              We kindly ask for your understanding that we reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in our return policy.
